Version 3.0 of the application has been released.  If you are still using 2.0, then you need to contact the ICAVL directly to either order an upgrade CD, or get instruction for downloading the latest version.  If you already have 3.0 and are having any issues with it, you can check for any updates  here or email us at support@trainingwheels.com for assistance.

I recently downloaded the ICAVL 3.0 Application and installed it, but now I am having trouble with Staff pages.  My Medical Director data seems to disappear, and I get locked out of the application with some error messages when trying to go back to the Medical Director.  What should I do?

In the first couple of weeks after releasing the ICAVL 3.0 application, there was a problem with the application related to the Medical Director screen locking up and refusing to display data. This has been corrected in the most recent version and the current version on CD and on the ICAVL website works fine.  But if you downloaded the application during those first few weeks in October 2005, you may have a version that incorrectly crashes on the Medical Director page.  Just download this updated application file  here and that should correct the problem.

When I run the "Check for Standards Violations" function from the ICAVL main menu, I see some errors related to Page 20 - Technical Staff for other, non-technical Staff members, or Technical Staff members that don't actually have standards violations. What can I do to fix that?

The latest updated version corrects this bug with the Standards Violation report. You can download this updated application file here and that should correct the problem.

I am trying to get the Correlation Grids for CA and MR to appear in the Peripheral Arterial section, but they won't show up.

Why doesn't my last staff member show up on the attestation/signature page on screen?

The Attestation pages are configured for printing, and may not display all the data on screen.  Since these pages must be physically signed by each staff member, the on-screen representation is not critical.  Try actually printing the entire set of Attestation pages (from the main menu, click the 'Print Attestation Pages' button).  The printed pages should contain a space for each staff member to sign.
