If you have received the Version 3.0 upgrade, or are still using Version 2.0, you should download the latest version here. Version 3.1a corrects the following issues:
On some computers, converting version 2.0 data using File > Convert Previous Version would not completely convert all the old data correctly. If you are having trouble converting your Version 2.0 data for use with the Version 3.0 system, this update will correct the problem.
In some cases, pages 16 and 18 may misprint certain values, and this update corrects that printing problem.
The 3.1 Update below consists of one single file called Accred2000.mde which is approximately 6Mb in size. Download this file and place it into the installation folder where you originally installed the ICAEL Application 3.0 software. By default, this should be in "C:\Program Files\ICAEL Application" Just replace the existing Accred2000.mde file already on your hard drive.
You can also download the entire Version 3.1 Setup.exe from this web site. That file contains everything you need to do a complete installation of the ICAEL Application, but the file is over 40Mb. Once you download this file to your local computer, run it to install a complete version of the ICAEL 3.1a Application:
